It is amazing how much has been done in so little time! On April 10th we launched this website, on April 28th we filed our articles of organization for a nonprofit here in Arizona. Last Sunday, May 3rd we had our first event!
The Art of Dance July 19th from 9pm to 1am
We are so excited to be presenting our first major fund raising event! This event is called the "Art of Dance." The Copper Room in Club Congress will be hosting the event.
Baby Club Congress 5.03.08
We were graciously invited to participate in the quarterly event at Hotel Congress. It was awesome--what a success! We handed out more than 100 business cards and fliers. On the Monday following the event, our phones rang off the hook with mothers in need. Check out our Want to help? page to find more details of what our moms need.
From face painting to balloon animals to a free train ride--Baby Club Congress is the place to be! The event is filled with great vendors, fantastic music, snacks, and a welcoming staff. Brandi Fenton Park 5.07.08
Naomi and I took the kids to Brandi Fenton Park last Wednesday and it was terrific. Located on the bend where Alvernon turns into River when heading north on Alvernon. There is awater feature there that the kids were lovin'! It was clean, fun, the toys were interactive and the water was unpredictable. There were covered benches, ramadas, two play areas (one big, one little) and a lot of kind parents. We give it two thumbs up!

WIC 5.29.08
We are honored to be asked to speak with the employees of WIC. On May 29th we will be at the main office speaking with the staff about our nonprofit and how we can work together. We are hoping that this will help us reach even more families here in Tucson.
Sahuarita Giving Circle 6.13.08
We were able to be a guest at a meeting of the Sahuarita Giving Circle. It is a group of women that choose different charities to support throughout the year. We were grateful to be chosen this month. They donated an amazing amount of items, including a pack n play and toddler car seat! We will be working with them again so stay posted to see how you can participate!
